Therapy Services

Therapy services include individual, family, or couples therapy. Sessions take place in person or via telehealth with video chat. My techniques are rooted in expressive arts therapy, somatic embodiment, breathwork, and polyvagal theory. I connect with people on a relational level and no journey is the same.

My areas of focus for therapy are anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and grief. Populations include ages 15 and up, LGBT-PIA+ community, and all the misfits that feel out of place in mainstream healthcare services. I am a neuro-divergent affirming, gender affirming, and poly-kink allied professional. Click play to watch the quick art therapy explainer

Expressive arts therapy utilizes expressive methods such as movement, sound, storytelling/image making, and silence for gentle methods of expanding our capacity for life. Somatic embodiment includes body oriented movements, breathwork, and increasing self-awareness to internal body rhythms, otherwise known as the sense of interception. Polyvagal theory provides a basis of understanding for how things impact our nervous system and how we can intentionally move up or down the polyvagal ladder of the nervous system.
